SAP HCM PA/OM Consultant

Role: SAP HCM PA/OM Consultant

We are seeking a SAP HCM Consultant specialized in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) to support HR transformation and maintenance initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Organizational Management modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Manage organizational structures, positions, jobs and personnel data.
- Support integration with other SAP HCM components.
- Conduct system testing and user support activities.
- Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
- Participate in implementation and enhancement projects.

Requirements





- Strong experience in SAP HCM PA and OM.
- Good understanding of HR business processes.
- Experience with SAP HCM configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of integration points within the SAP HCM landscape.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Language Skills

- German language skills are strongly preferred.
- English language skills are acceptable.
