Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead talent development, internal communications, and employer branding to support Sephora’s strategy. You will manage a multi-vertical team and design integrated HR programs that align with European HQ guidelines and country needs. You will drive engaging employee experiences, well‑being initiatives, and a cohesive communication strategy across Retail and Corporate populations. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery to amplify Sephora’s values and culture in a fast‑paced environment.

- Act as ambassador of company values and culture

Responsabilità

- Proven experience as a Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding, or similar role
- English fluency
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- High organizational skills (complex planning and priority management)
- Strong cooperative skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Good organizational awareness
- Positive attitude towards change management
