ENVIRONMENT & ENERGY SPECIALISTWe are looking for an Environment & Energy Specialist to join our HQ.
The selected candidate will join the HSE & Facility team and actively collaborate in the management of environmental processes and corporate sustainability projects, while also supporting activities related to energy efficiency and infrastructural interventions in the facilities.
Job responsibilitiesSupport the management of environmental compliance (waste, emissions, environmental authorizations and monitoring).
Collaborate in data collection and processing activities for ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.
Support the monitoring of energy consumption and the identification of energy efficiency improvement projects.
Participate in the development of circular economy initiatives and environmental impact reduction.
Collaborate in the management of suppliers and consultants involved in environmental and energy projects.
Support the planning and coordination of technical interventions on buildings, plants, and infrastructure.
Contribute to the preparation of audits, certifications, and management systems (ISO *****, ISO *****, ESG).
Develop KPIs and reports to support the decision-making process.
ProfileDegree in Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in environment, energy, or sustainability, which may include internships.
Interest in ESG issues, energy efficiency, and plant management.
Aptitude for problem-solving and project management.
Strong orientation towards continuous improvement.
Additional informationFor this position, the gross annual salary is EUR ******,00 gross per year.
The actual remuneration may vary based on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, academic background, and sector of origin.
This position is subject to the provisions of the national collective labor agreement (CCNL Eyewear) applicable to the role and applied by Thélios in Italy.
