As a Junior Consultant in the Governance, Risk and Compliance team in Rome, you will support business model transformation, risk assessment, and governance improvements for industrial clients. You’ll work with cross-functional colleagues to translate business needs into data-based solutions, design internal controls, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This role offers exposure to national and international clients, with a focus on compliance, internal control, and risk management. Internal control and risk assessment in the industrial sector
Conformity engagements under Legislative Decree no. 231, SOX, 262 and anti-corruption
Integrated compliance
Internal auditing
Evaluation and design of internal control systems




Study of industrial sector legislation and its application to processes
Development of governance and organizational models to support transformation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-based solutions
Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Master’s degree in Economics and Management, Business Administration and Administration, Finance and Control, Management Engineering, Statistics, Informatics, or related fields
Interest in governance and risk topics
Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study/work abroad experience
