Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury dining and guest service excellence?

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our award-winning restaurant team and deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
- Drive revenue, manage budgets, and control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and luxury brand standards
- Collaborate with Culinary and F&B; teams on menu planning and promotions
- Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and performance KPIs

Requirements





- 3–5+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a luxury hotel or upscale dining venue
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of food & beverage operations and financial management
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
