/p pAs a bTeam Lead /b, you will act as the bright hand to the Country Product Manager (CPM) /b — combining individual sales excellence with team leadership and operational responsibility.
/p pThis is a bfast-track role to CPM /b, designed for high-potential individuals who want to step into a country leadership position within approximately b6 months /b, based on performance and readiness.
/p pFrom day one, you will be exposed to key business decisions, leadership responsibilities, and strategic planning.
/p h3Your role /h3 h3You Will Operate Across Three Core Areas /h3 ul liSales Ownership Performance /li liTake full ownership of your assigned leads, managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing /li liConsistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets /li liAct as a top performer and role model for the team /li liTeam Leadership Development /li liLead, coach, and develop a team of 1–5 Language Coordinators /li liDrive daily performance through coaching on calls, conversion, and customer experience /li liSupport hiring, onboarding, and performance management in partnership with the CPM /li liBusiness Ownership Operations /li liAct as second-in-command to the Country Product Manager,



supporting key decisions and ensuring business continuity /li liTake ownership of selected managerial responsibilities such as forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking /li liContribute to sales strategy through market analysis, performance insights, and opportunity identification /li liBuild partnerships with schools, universities, and local networks to drive growth /li /ul h3Your growth path to CPM /h3 pThis role is structured as a stepping stone to Country Product Manager.
/p h3Within Your First Months, You Will /h3 ul liMaster individual sales performance and lead from the front /li liTake full ownership of a team's results and development /li liGradually assume responsibility for key business metrics and operations /li liPartner closely with the CPM on strategic and commercial decisions /li /ul pSuccessful candidates typically transition into the bCPM role within ~6 months /b, based on performance, leadership readiness, and business needs.
/p h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience /li li3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals /li li1–2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching junior team members /li liStrong leadership potential and ambition to move into a general management role /li liCommercial mindset with the ability to think beyond individual sales /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liFull fluency in Italian and English /li liInternational experience (study, work, or travel abroad)
