Sharp Brains Solutions in Genova is seeking an experienced Onsite Deskside Support (L1/L2) to provide end‑to‑end technical support for desktops and laptops, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and handle IMAC tasks.

You will manage device lifecycle, perform OS imaging, patching, and hardware replacements, and deliver support using SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow, while ensuring security policies and VIP escalation handling.
