Experteer Overview

In this role you support Beiersdorf's customer-focused supply chain by boosting service levels, efficiency, and collaboration with key customers. You will analyze order data and KPIs to identify issues and drive improvements, acting as a trusted partner to customer supply chain teams. You’ll translate customer needs into scalable, tech-enabled solutions and work cross-functionally to align Sales, Planning, and Logistics. This position offers the chance to influence service performance in a fast-moving FMCG environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Understand and optimize customer service and supply chain processes to raise efficiency and satisfaction
- Analyze orders, product availability, service performance, and flows to flag issues and implement corrective actions
- Foster relationships with customer supply chain teams and act as a trusted business partner
- Monitor KPIs (Service Level, On Time Delivery, distribution costs, customer KPIs) and drive improvements
- Coordinate logistics information flow between internal and external stakeholders for transparency




- Translate customer needs into efficient, scalable solutions and adopt new tools/ways of working
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and other teams on customer-centric initiatives

Responsabilità

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a FMCG supply chain role
- Good knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Strong Microsoft skills (Microsoft Office, 365, Power BI)
- Analytical mindset with reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders
- Proactive, pragmatic, results-driven with creative problem-solving abilities
