As Lead Data Architect AWS, you will shape data platforms on AWS and guide multi-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions. You’ll work with clients and AWS to drive architecture decisions and optimize data pipelines, enabling large‑scale data lakes in production. You’ll mentor engineers and help grow our AWS Center of Excellence while advancing our data analytics offerings. Join a global services leader and influence how clients leverage cloud data for strategic insights.

- Oversee the AWS Center of Excellence
- Lead Data & Analytics AWS projects
- Support recruitment and capability development
- Design data platforms on AWS (Redshift, DynamoDB, RDS, S3)
- Design operations architecture and performance engineering for large data lakes
- Apply Well‑Architected framework to designs
- Create and maintain data pipelines using AWS native services such as Glue and Lambda or tools such as Talend and Informatica
- Participate in client design workshops; provide trade‑offs and recommendations
- Mentor engineers in coding best practices and problem‑solving
Responsabilità
- Proven data analytics experience; consulting background preferred
- 5 or more years managing BI/data analysts up to senior level
- AWS cloud‑native experience
- Knowledge of Big Data architectures and cloud/on‑premise integration
- AWS infrastructure and networking experience
- Experience with AWS services: Kinesis, Kafka, DMS; S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB; EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS
- Experience delivering proofs‑of‑concept to address business needs
- Experience migrating workloads from on‑premises to cloud
- Monitoring distributed infrastructure with AWS tools or open‑source solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban)
- Strong data manipulation and BI tool skills
- Stakeholder management with senior leadership
- Proactive, strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities
