In this role you provide expert leadership across the full M&A; lifecycle, shaping strategy and guiding complex deals. You will negotiate sophisticated agreements and oversee due diligence to identify risks and craft mitigation. Partnering with regulators, you ensure compliant, timely closings. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and drive value through strategic, cross-functional leadership within Schneider Electric’s growth agenda.

Responsibilities

- Provide expert legal leadership across all phases of mergers and acquisitions from strategy to closing
- Negotiate and draft sophisticated M&A; agreements to protect interests and create value
- Lead due diligence to identify risks and craft mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to secure approvals and ensure compliance
