That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.br/ /ph3Your Role /h3As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Downstream Processing and Single Use Technologies, you will drive innovation and solve complex bioprocessing challenges for our clients.
You will lead hands-on process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting studies, converting raw data into scientific recommendations.
Acting as a technical authority, you will support commercial success through direct customer consultations, strategic partnerships, training programs, and thought leadership activities (webinars, conferences) in collaboration with internal RD and marketing teamsbr/h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the primary SME in Downstream Processing and Single Use Technologies, providing expert guidance on both batch and integrated bioprocesses.
Design and execute hands-on process development, scale-up, and implementation activities following self-developed protocols.
/liliProcess and analyze raw data /liliLead scale-down studies to support troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and process optimization.
/liliWork closely with clients' technical teams, delivering consultative and hands-on guidance.
/liliEngage in and deliver thought leadership activities, including industry conference presentations, seminars, customer trainings, and webinars.
Deliver training programs to both internal and external customers.
/liliCollaborate effectively with internal commercial, RD, and marketing teams to address customer needs, factor in commercial success expectations, and drive continuous improvement of team capabilities.
/li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliMaster degree or Ph.D.
In Biochemical Engineering or Life Sciences /liliExperience in customer-facing technical roles or scientific consulting.
/liliFamiliarity with scientific modeling tools applied to bioprocess optimization.
/lili5-10 years of experience in delivering technical presentations at industry conferences or seminars.
/liliKnowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to biopharmaceutical manufacturing (GMP, ICH guidelines).
/liliExperience in Systems and Automation is considered a plus.
