ph3About Us /h3 pFor our Italian office in Genoa, we are looking for an bEMEA HR Specialist /b to support the bEMEA HR Lead /b in operational and administrative activities related to Human Resources management.
/p h3The Role /h3 pThe successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR activities and will collaborate with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure the effective management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
/li liCoordinate recruitment activities, from job posting to interview management.
/li liSupport and coordinate training initiatives, including mandatory compliance training and professional development programs.
/li liAssist in the organization and participation in employer branding events, career fairs, and university engagement initiatives.
/li liCoordinate employee benefits administration, including management of the company's subsidized meal service through the designated platform.
/li liOversee company fleet administration and liaise with external fleet management providers.
/li liSupport the collection and preparation of documentation required for payroll processing and personnel administration.
/li liAct as a liaison with external Labour Consultants for administrative, contractual, and regulatory compliance matters.
/li liProvide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
/li liContribute to local and international HR projects, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
/li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Humanities, or a related field.
/li liMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within multinational organizations.
/li liGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
/li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
/li liFamiliarity with Zucchetti HR software solutions.
/li liProactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
/li liStrong ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
