Experteer OverviewIn this role you will act as the IT bridge for Iberia, Italy, and the wider EMEA region, coordinating local and regional IT initiatives with Global IT.
You'll drive adoption of global capabilities and contribute to AI enablement across affiliates, delivering targeted IT projects aligned with Elanco's strategy.
You'll oversee local IT operations, vendor relationships, and compliance while maintaining infrastructure stability.
This is a hands?on, cross?functional role with a clear impact on operational excellence and digital enablement.

Align IT initiatives with business strategies to drive adoption and standardization of global solutions
Champion AI adoption and manage the lifecycle of tactical IT projects for operational improvement
Promote global capabilities (e.g., CRM) and drive their local adoption for standardization
Own the technology lifecycle and local app/hardware usage, including operation, validation, and retirement
Oversee IT Operations processes: user onboarding/offboarding, asset management, local infrastructure coordination, and budget management
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and fully operational with local compliance requirements
Manage local IT vendors and service providers to meet SLAs and maximize value
ResponsabilitàBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years of technology experience xysqume with complex deliverables
Proven ability to manage strategic, independent IT projects
Strong communication and conflict resolution across diverse, multilingual teams
Ability to perform technical and product management tasks independently
Fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is a strong asset
