Atlantic Gate in Genoa is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to take ownership of our sea freight activities. You will manage a small, hands-on team and ensure smooth daily operations from import to export, while upholding our service standards.

You will shape processes, monitor costs, and build strong relationships with carriers and service providers. The ideal candidate has a logistics degree, 3+ years in freight forwarding (sea freight), and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
