/li liCollaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and Tech Leads to support product strategy and continuous improvements.
/li liGather, analyze and document business requirements, user stories, epics and functional specifications.
/li liSupport the rollout of POS solutions across multiple markets, ensuring successful adoption and addressing local business needs.
/li liCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business processes and support go-live activities.
/li liCreate and maintain functional documentation and training materials for business users and support teams.
/li liProvide third-level functional support by investigating and resolving issues after deployment.
/li liEnsure alignment between local market requirements and global product standards.
/li /ul h3Your profile?
/h3 ul liDegree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
/li liAt least b5 years /b of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail, Supply Chain or POS environments.
/li liExperience with bMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management /b, POS solutions and Agile methodologies.
/li liFluent Italian and English (minimum bB2/C1 /b level).
/li liStrong communication skills, stakeholder management and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
/li /ul h3bNice to have: /b /h3 ul liExperience with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
/li liKnowledge of system integrations between POS, ERP and logistics platforms.

/li liExperience supporting international rollouts in multi-country environments.
