As a Product Manager in Abbott’s Structural Heart division, you will shape marketing strategies, drive product launches, and support commercial excellence in a tender-driven healthcare market. You will partner with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to bring innovative therapies to Italian patients and clinicians. Your work will span tender leadership, lifecycle management, and impactful marketing materials, contributing to a high-growth portfolio. This role offers cross-functional exposure and the chance to influence patient outcomes in cardio interventions.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead tender documentation preparation for SI & CS portfolios and ensure compliant, competitive materials
- Collaborate with Sales to maximize tender success and monitor timelines for winning strategies
- Support product launches for new technologies and manage lifecycle activities (forecasting, positioning, messaging)




- Track product performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Create promotional and training materials for field teams
- Organize congress participation, events, and training initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, and budget management
- Partner with Sales, Clinical Specialists, Medical Affairs for cross-functional alignment
- Provide ongoing support to field teams and key customers

Responsabilità

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering
- Experience in product management, marketing, or commercial
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Exposure to tender-driven environments (highly valued)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
