Overview

In this Regional HSE Manager role, you lead the HSE agenda across multiple European sites, coordinating safety, process safety and environmental stewardship. You will partner with business leaders, coach local teams, and drive regional strategies for compliant, safe operations. The role focuses on strengthening safety culture, continuous improvement, and cross‑site integration to support the company’s sustainability and people‑centric values. This is a high‑visibility opportunity to shape HSE excellence across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop HSE teams across Europe
- Drive a strong safety and environmental culture
- Develop and implement regional HSE strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure compliance with European HSE regulations and company standards
- Support sites with audits, investigations, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Partner with senior leaders to integrate HSE into operational and strategic decisions
- Play a key role in crisis response and emergency management across the region





Requirements

- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related discipline
- 10+ years of HSE experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
- 5+ years in a senior HSE leadership role with regional responsibility
- Strong knowledge of European HSE regulations and management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001)
- Experience in chemical industry or highly regulated sector preferred
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe
