Swan is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure operations align with regulatory requirements in Italy. You will monitor regulatory changes, support submissions under AMLRO, and serve as escalation point for investigations.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance within financial institutions, strong knowledge of Italian banking regulations, and excellent writing skills. Fluent in Italian and English. Hybrid work policy with 2 days remote per week.
