Role Description
The role is responsible for managing the construction phases of the assigned ZEB (Zero Emission Buildings) projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, technical standards, and applicable regulations. The position collaborates with the Procurement team, as well as with suppliers and external professionals, to ensure the effective execution of the planned activities, while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance with contractual and environmental objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of ZEB projects throughout all operational phases
- Monitor and ensure work progress in compliance with timelines and quality standards of execution
- Manage the project budget and control project costs and revenues
- Ensure that the relationship between the Works Director and the executing contractors is carried out in accordance with the contractual conditions
- Support the Administration department in managing supplier payments and active invoicing
- Ensure proper interaction with suppliers and subcontractors
- Collect documentation required for technical regulatory compliance in accordance with company standards
- Support communication with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle
Key Activities
- Operational project planning in collaboration with the Project Manager, Supervisor, and the Works Director
- Physical and financial progress monitoring
- Management of project documentation and reporting
- Coordination with the Construction Manager (designer) and suppliers
- Collection of declaration of conformity documentation, certifications, and testing records
- Management of final handover and project close-out
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Gross Margin (net of bank interest)
- Milestones completed within deadlines – project progress
- Cash-in/cash-out according to budget – collections and payments
- Customer satisfaction
Salary Range
40,000 – 80,000 per year. Variable compensation. Collective agreement Metalmeccanico industry.
