NetZero is seeking an M&A; Manager – Renewable Energy in Milan (Hybrid) to drive buy-side transactions, due diligence, and investment evaluation for Italy. You will work within an international team shaping the acquisition pipeline and investment strategy.
The role involves building financial models (FCFF/FCFE), preparing investment papers, coordinating with stakeholders, and evaluating greenfield projects. 4–5+ years in M&A; or related finance is expected; Big 4 background is a plus; MSc/MBA
