Well versed with Physical DC Infra and different OS or devices like Servers/Networks/Firewall/Storage etc.
Location - Bologna, Corbetta and Veneria
Language- Italian and English compulsory
Onsite role
Experience required are mentioned below :
Hypervisors: VMWARE, Hyper-V and Azure HyperStack for future projects
Server Windows: ***** R2, ****, ****)
Database: MS SQL, MySQL
DataStore: HP Storeonce, HP StoreEasy
Veeam Backup system
Access Point: Cisco (Fortinet under evaluation)
collect business requests, prepare ticket
coordinate activity between outsourcer and HW suppliers
monitor the delivery and the service level of the outsourcer
attend P0/P1 war rooms and evaluate RCAs
guarantee the quality of the asset management
act as interface between outsourcer and end users support
