Join FTI Consulting's new energy advisory team in Italy to help clients navigate energy markets, regulation, and disputes. You will work with senior experts on market and transaction advisory, as well as disputes and expert testimony, delivering evidence-based recommendations. The role combines quantitative analysis, client-facing delivery, and thought leadership to grow the energy practice in Italy. This is a ground‑floor opportunity within a global platform that values collaboration and development. You will help shape solutions at the intersection of energy, markets, and policy.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Collaborate on energy, regulatory, and sustainability engagements across market, transaction advisory, and disputes.
- Gather and interpret techno‑economic data to support evidence‑based recommendations.
- Research and prepare client and expert reports and supporting analyses.
- Conduct quantitative analyses using modelling tools and proprietary platforms.
- Support analyses used in arbitration, litigation, and regulatory disputes, including market, pricing, valuation, and damages.




- Participate in client meetings and present analyses to diverse audiences.
- Contribute to thought leadership and growth of the energy practice in Italy.
- Assist senior colleagues with pitch and proposal preparation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in energy markets, regulation, and dispute interfaces is a plus.
- Self‑starter with business‑oriented mindset and ability to work against budgets and deadlines.
- Team player capable of collaborating across projects, offices, and international teams.
- MSc‑level education in a quantitative field; up to 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in programming (e.g., Python) and statistical/computational software (e.g., R, Stata, Matlab, Octave).
- Fluent in Italian and English.
