You translate complex content operations into intuitive product experiences that feel like magic. You collaborate with product and engineering to balance ambitious design with real-world constraints. You work at the intersection of advanced interaction design and AI, delivering measurable impact for millions of learners.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead end-to-end design for key Content product features and complex workflows
- Architect content structures, screen transitions, and states for creators, reviewers and learners
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align scope with technical feasibility
- Design AI‑enabled, human‑in‑the‑loop workflows for content generation, refinement and governance
- Prototype complete feature states, including edge cases and localization needs




- Develop clear product language with labels, helper text and feedback messaging

Responsabilità

- Proven track record designing high‑complexity B2B SaaS or enterprise content platforms
- Strong information architecture and interaction design skills with implementation‑ready detail
- Ability to navigate loosely defined problems, make trade‑offs and involve partners when scope expands
- Experience designing for multiple user roles, permissions and accessible design patterns
- Comfort explaining design rationale and user value to cross‑functional teams
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and design craft
