Experteer Overview In this role you drive capital raising and investor relations for BNP PAM Alts in Italy, spanning institutional and retail/wealth clients. You will shape sales strategy for Italy, prioritise market dynamics and client needs, and develop new business with existing and prospective clients. You'll promote BNP PAM Alts across real estate, private equity, infrastructure and private credit, collaborating with internal Alts teams and the BNP Paribas group. The position offers impact through expanding client partnerships, boosting revenue, and raising the profile of alternative asset capabilities in a growing Italian market. Contribute to sales strategy for Italy: define market dynamics and client priorities




Define priorities for retail/wealth as strategic client segment (UL framework, insurers, private banks, family offices)
Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects
Promote BNP PAM Alts expertise (RE, PE, infrastructure, private credit)
Collaborate with internal Alts teams and BNP Paribas Group (investment, sales, BNP CIB, BNP WM)
Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets
Increase visibility of BNP PAM Alts in Italy with marketing and events
Responsabilità Extensive sales experience in the financial industry with alternative assets
Deep knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, alternative credit and private equity
Strong client base in Italy across institutional and retail/wealth segments
Proven track record in sales within asset management
