About the Role

Reporting to the Senior FP&A; Manager, this is a key FP&A; role with a strong commercial emphasis within the European Personal & Home Care business unit. The role involves partnering with regional Area Sales Managers to run reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely weekly and monthly outputs. You will be responsible for the accuracy and reconciliation of results across systems such as One Stream, Accordion, Comp Planning, and Tableau, and will collaborate cross‑functionally on working capital, UPI, and headcount analysis.

Responsibilities

- End‑to‑end involvement in the annual AOP process, ensuring all bridges and data points are analysed
- Weekly and monthly forecasting to support senior managers
- Supporting Area Sales Managers in commercial reporting and analysis
- Populating and analysing month‑end reports to highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Providing ad‑hoc queries such as ROWC calculations, aged stock reviews, pricing, and opportunity pipeline assessments
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations as a data processing appointee

Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in FP&A;, finance, business analysis, or a similar role
- Ability to present results effectively and challenge performance




- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP and Tableau is considered an advantage
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across the business
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a cross‑functional team without direct line authority
- Strong initiative and change‑management capability

Where You'll Work

- 3 days in the Rome office, 2 days remote

Contract

Permanent Contract

Salary Range

€28,000 – €48,000 gross annual salary (RAL). The final compensation package will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications in line with EU pay transparency and equal pay regulations. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus and a benefits package including meal vouchers and lavoro da remoto.
