Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise, advice, and support to internal and external stakeholders to resolve product and service–related issues, while developing and designing products, equipment, and tools that meet high‑quality and performance standards.
- Analyze equipment specifications and process requirements to create practical, efficient designs that ensure optimal functionality and maximize value to the organization’s solutions.
- Offer end‑to‑end technical support across pre‑sales and post‑sales activities by analyzing customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
- Develop and expand application areas while delivering advanced technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting to internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Lead product and process development activities by defining functional requirements, designing and modelling solutions using CAD/CAM/CAE tools, and ensuring alignment with performance, cost, and quality targets.
- Evaluate equipment and material capabilities to meet technical specifications, prepare engineering documentation, and support validation,



testing, and industrialization processes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and external partners to configure, adapt, and optimise products and systems according to customer requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient handover to production.

Qualifications

- University degree in Engineering and/or extensive experience in sales management with engineering cutting‑tool skills or equivalent.
- Strong experience managing external and internal customer relationships, analytical and persuasive with good interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE systems.

Travel

This role requires travel within the assigned area.

Location and Compensation

Location: Cadorago, flexible.Initial salary: starting from €40,000 gross per year, with an individual premio component. The final offer will reflect internal pay equity, market benchmarks, responsibilities, experience, and skills of the selected candidate.
