Responsabilità
7+ years of backend software engineering experience
Proven track record of designing and maintaining microservices in high-paced environments
Strong expertise in Java and deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Ability to communicate structure and strategy effectively across stakeholders
Thought leadership with ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies
Passion for FinTech or startup environments; fluency in English
