Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the digital transformation of R&D; by aligning processes, data and technology.
You act as a strategic connector across functions to design and implement end-to-end, data-driven processes enabled by platforms like Veeva Vault.
You will influence enterprise transformation programs and ensure compliant, scalable solutions.
You will shape adoption of innovative technologies and lead cross-functional change efforts with a focus on impact and speed to value.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Lead design and reengineering of end-to-end R&D; processes aligned with digital strategy and data architecture
Translate business needs into functional requirements (URS, user stories) and guide solution design with IT
Oversee functional design of digital solutions (Veeva Vault ecosystem) ensuring process-data-system alignment
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs, ensuring cross-domain consistency
Define and implement performance frameworks to measure impact of transformations
Support selection and adoption of innovative digital technologies for scalable integration
Drive change management and adoption initiatives for long-term value realization
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across R&D;, IT, Quality,



and affiliates
Ensure GxP and regulatory compliance across initiatives
Responsabilità
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Experience in process mapping, optimization, and end-to-end workflow design
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical R&D; processes (clinical, regulatory, or related)
Experience with digital platforms supporting R&D; and translating business needs to IT requirements
Understanding of data flows and system integrations in digital ecosystemsAwareness of AI and data-driven technologies with use cases for R&D;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional influence
Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes or systems
Results-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement and innovation
