We are seeking a Finance Analyst to strengthen our financial planning and analysis function, with a base in Milan. You will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, turning financial and operational data into insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. We are seeking a Finance Analyst to strengthen our financial planning and analysis function, with a base in Milan. You will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, turning financial and operational data into insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. This is a high-impact role for an analytical, numbers-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to see the direct impact of their work on a rapidly scaling company.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing/reporting cycles
- Build and maintain financial models, including P&L;, cash flow, and scenario analysis
- Track and analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn rate, and runway)
- Prepare management reporting and support the production of board and investor materials
- Perform variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Partner with commercial, product, and operations teams to support data-driven decisions
- Support fundraising, due diligence, and ad hoc strategic finance projects

Join Us If

- 1 – 3 years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, consulting,



audit, or a similar analytical role
- Proven ability to build and interpret financial models with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills; comfortable working with large datasets
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Based in Milan or willing to relocate

Nice To Have

- Experience in high-growth startups and scale-ups
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, or M&A; processes
- Knowledge of BI tools, or ERP systems
- Exposure to international finance operations or cross-border reporting
