The role

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager (Public Sector) to join our Corporate Transformation team.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end tender and bidding activities, from opportunity analysis to submission, ensuring alignment with requirements and evaluation criteria
- Ensure compliance with public funding requirements, managing documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
- Manage administrative and back‑office activities across both B2B and public-funded projects, including documentation, reporting, invoicing support, and coordination with Finance
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and institutional stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability

- Monitor project economics and performance, including budget allocation, cost control, and overall project sustainability
- Leverage AI and productivity tools to map, streamline, and automate manual workflows across both tender and delivery processes, improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability

About you

Ideally, you are a Project Manager with solid experience in public funded projects, comfortable navigating compliance heavy environments and turning complex requirements into executable plans.

- Bring around 4 years of experience in projectmanagement within consulting, corporate training, or similar environments, including at least 2 years working on tenders, public procurement, or funded programs, with hands‑on experience in scounting and analyzing opportunities
- Operate with strong attention to detail and organizational skills when managing public sector requirements, including documentation, reporting, and audit processes
- Are able to translate tender requirements into structured project plans and execute them end‑to‑end, taking ownership of timelines, budgets, and overall project performance
- Coordinate institutional and corporate stakeholders, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners, and adapting level of structure and formality accordingly

- Have a solid understanding of or strong interest in AI and digital transformation topics, with hands‑on use of AI tools (e.g. for process optimization) considered a strong plus
- Demonstrate proactivity and problem‑solving, anticipating risks and acting before escalation
- Have native‑level proficiency in Italian and professional fluency in English
