Experteer Italy is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to ensure high-performance infrastructure for our data center environments in Milan. You will work with electrical, HVAC and IT teams to implement monitoring, automation and control strategies that improve reliability and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with building automation, BACnet/Modbus, and supervision systems, plus strong problem-solving skills and fluent Italian and English. Travel to sites may be required.
