If you want to work on energy systems that matter — and will run for decades — this is the place to build the next chapter of your career.About the RoleWe are hiring an Electrical Engineering Supervisor responsible for electrical installation activities on site, with a focus on HV/MV systems, power distribution and commissioning readiness.ResponsibilitiesSupervise installation of electrical systems (transformers, switchgear, MCC, UPS, cables, etc.)Ensure compliance with drawings, specs and standardsMonitor contractor performance and progressReview method statements, ITPs and testing proceduresCoordinate interfaces with other disciplinesOversee installation of electrical equipment and systemsSupport testing (IR, continuity, grounding,
energization prep)Coordinate handover to commissioning (HV/MV systems)Support permit and electrical safety managementManage as-built documentationSupport technical queries and non-conformitiesEnsure HSE complianceParticipate in punch list and completion activitiesQualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering8–10 years of experience in electrical constructionRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of power distribution and testingHV/MV/LV systems knowledgeAbility to read SLDs and electrical drawingsKnowledge of LOTO and energizationFluent EnglishInternational mobilityPreferred SkillsSubstations, BESS, renewables experienceGrid connection exposureProtection systems knowledgePay range and compensation packagePermanent, full-time contractCompetitive compensation package aligned with seniority (indicative base salary: €65,000 – €90,000 gross/year)Additional allowances, including:International assignment / travel allowanceDaily subsistence allowance (per diem)Accommodation and site-related benefits where applicableEqual Opportunity Statement: Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact energy infrastructure projects worldwide.
