ppEuropean Tech Recruit are working closely with a market leading 3D scanning company, based in Bressanone, who are looking for a talented bSystem Administrator /bto join their team. /p pIn this role you will keep their scanning and compute infrastructure running smoothly, improve configuration standards, and gradually automate what's currently manual. You'll work closely with software and infrastructure engineers but own the day-to-day health of their Linux environment. /p pResponsibilities as bSystem Administrator /b: /p ul liSet up and configure scanning workstations, compute nodes, and storage systems. /li liDebug hardware issues (storage drives, GPUs, memory, networking) and software issues (drivers, containers, internal tools). /li liExtend and maintain Ansible-based configuration management. /li liProvide technical support to engineering and operations teams. /li liBuild repeatable deployment processes for new scanning stations. /li liDocument infrastructure procedures and troubleshooting guides. /li liContribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives. /li liEnsure high availability for development and production scanner systems.



/li liMaintain networking infrastructure across internal and client-deployed environments. /li /ul pRequirements: /p ul liHands-on hardware experience – comfortable installing and troubleshooting physical components. /li liSolid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills. /li liUnderstanding of how application software interacts with infrastructure (GPU drivers, CUDA toolkits, container runtimes, storage mounts). /li liAbility to work independently and take ownership of system problems. /liliDriving license, occasional travel to client sites required. /li liAnsible or other configuration management tools. /li liTrueNAS, ZFS, or enterprise storage experience. /li liMonitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Netdata, Datadog). /li liDatacenter operations or distributed systems experience. /li liGerman or Italian language skills. /li /ul pIf this role is of any interest please apply directly on LinkedIn or send a copy of your CV to /p pBy applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
