As a Technical Due Diligence Manager, you will play a critical role in evaluating the technical feasibility of large-scale data center and AI infrastructure projects across the EMEA region. Working at the intersection of engineering, real estate, and infrastructure development, you will lead multidisciplinary due diligence efforts that directly influence strategic investment decisions. This position combines technical expertise with commercial awareness, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external consultants. You will also contribute to building scalable due diligence frameworks, standards, and best practices for future infrastructure projects.
