Yibi Group is a premium OEM/ODM manufacturer and strategic partner for global luxury brands, specialising in fine jewelry development and precision metal craftsmanship. With a 50,000㎡ advanced manufacturing base in China, Yibi provides full-cycle jewelry development solutions, including creative design support, custom sampling, technical optimisation and high-quality production for international luxury clients. We are seeking an experienced Product Design Manager to join our Italian team and support jewelry design development and long-term collaboration with European luxury brands.

About the Role

We are hiring an Italy-based Product Design Manager – Fine Jewelry to lead jewelry design development and creative projects for European luxury clients. As the key connection between our Italian clients and China-based design and manufacturing teams, you will translate brand concepts, creative directions and market trends into refined jewelry designs with strong aesthetic value and production feasibility. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of Italian luxury aesthetics, jewelry craftsmanship and manufacturing processes, with the ability to manage projects from initial concept development to final production handover.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end jewelry design projects, from concept development and styling direction to prototype approval and production handover.
- Develop jewelry design solutions aligned with luxury brand identity, market trends and customer expectations.




- Collaborate with brand teams and China-based R&D;/manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production feasibility.
- Provide professional recommendations on jewelry materials, structures, craftsmanship and finishing techniques.
- Conduct research on global jewelry trends, innovative materials and craftsmanship developments to support product innovation.
- Manage design presentations, sample reviews and communication between European clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in fine jewelry design, jewelry product development or related luxury jewelry industries.
- Strong understanding of jewelry design processes, materials, craftsmanship and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience working with European luxury jewelry or fashion brands is highly preferred.
- Proficient in jewelry design software, such as Rhino, CAD, 3D modelling and rendering tools.
- Strong aesthetic judgement with the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially viable jewelry products.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian; Mandarin is a plus.
- Must be currently based in Italy.
