As the Territory Manager for Tuscany and Umbria, you drive TAVI growth by partnering with heart centers, physicians, and hospital teams. You apply deep product and market knowledge to align strategy with Edwards’ goals and patient needs. You will lead therapy development and educate customers on value, aiming to strengthen Edwards’ leadership in the region. You collaborate across clinical and economic stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-backed patient and program outcomes.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Manage and grow TAVI activity within Tuscany and Umbria by engaging hospitals, physicians, and administrators
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with long-term strategic goals to improve the TAVI program
- Lead tender processes and negotiations, using value-based selling to tailor proposals
- Organize regional workshops to align stakeholders on opportunities and education around THV devices
- Communicate hospital data and Edwards solutions in a compelling, data-driven way
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support territory strategy
- Collaborate with Field Clinical Specialists, physicians, and hospital leadership to advance therapy adoption
- Maintain proficiency in clinical and market knowledge to advise customers on trends and competitors
- Acquire basic cath lab support skills for OR/Cath Lab environments
- Travel up to 80% to cover the territory
- Leverage SFDC, dashboards and account profiles to track plans and performance
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business or related experience
- Experience in a commercial role within pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a range of stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage in value-based discussionst
- Proven track record in account strategy development and business planning
- Direct experience with customers, opinion leaders, and healthcare professionals across the industry
- Ability to communicate clinical and financial information to diverse audiences
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including economic decision makers
- Clinical data knowledge to link research with therapy education
