Experteer Italy is seeking a candidate to design and roll out Talent Acquisition and Development initiatives. This role will partner with HRBPs to optimize the candidate experience and recruitment strategies while contributing to talent management.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business, with 3-5 years of experience in HR roles within structured global companies. Fluency in English is required.
