In this role you lead the initiation of clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the advancement of new treatments. You collaborate across the Study Startup team, CROs, and Clinical Operations to optimize site activation timelines and maintain accurate documentation. You will monitor site performance, address activation delays, and ensure eTMF quality. This position offers the chance to impact trial timelines and improve SSU processes in a values-driven environment.

- Coordinate site start-up and activation activities and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations, and TAU partners to improve SSU metrics
- Ensure adherence to SSU standards across projects
- Identify and elevate potential site activation delays
- Track actions and communications to meet study/site timelines
- Resolve escalated issues in partnership with CROs and Clinical Operations
- Provide feedback on site performance metrics to management
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the eTMF for assigned sites during start-up
- BS degree or international equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research Site Start Up within pharma, CRO, or relevant vendor
- Ability to translate data into informed decisions
- Knowledge of clinical study protocols and essential documents
- Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
