- Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans to enable efficient campaign execution
- Define campaign structures, formats, and product selection in line with planning guidelines and objectives
- Coordinate campaign setup with internal teams and external partners, aligning timelines and deliverables
- Manage asset requests and creative briefs, ensuring materials are complete, accurate, and on time
- Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams for smooth execution
- Monitor timelines, dependencies,



and milestones to ensure on‑schedule delivery
- Coordinate promotional activities with stakeholders to stay aligned with broader initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and planning data for transparent campaign tracking

Responsabilità
- Marketing or Business‑related academic background
- 2‑4 years in digital advertising, campaign management, media planning, or similar
- Good understanding of retail media and campaign planning processes
- Ability to translate input into structured media plans and campaigns
- Strong coordination and project management skills across multiple timelines and stakeholders
- High attention to detail in planning data, structures, and assets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional environments
