ppJob description: /p pbBRIEF DESCRIPTION /bWe are looking for an IT Manager with a strong focus on Microsoft security, server management, network devices (switches), backup via Veeam, VMware environments, and 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in structured companies (at least 5 years) and will possess specific expertise in Microsoft platforms, backup systems management, virtualization, and comprehensive IT support.
Additionally, a good knowledge of the AS400 system for managing the company's ERP is required.
/p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Infrastructure Area: /h3 ul liManage and monitor company IT infrastructures, including servers, network (switches), and backup systems in compliance with group policies.
/li liEnsure the security and integrity of Microsoft systems by implementing best practices and security policies.
/li liManage the VMware environment for server virtualization and company resources.
/li liManage and maintain corporate backup systems via Veeam, ensuring data availability and recovery.
/li liProvide 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
/li liImplement infrastructure solutions for resolving complex issues.
/li liMonitor infrastructure performance and manage potential critical issues.
/li liManage and resolve IT support tickets, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
/li liSupport the management of the AS400 system, ensuring its maintenance and functionality.
/li /ul h3Application Area: /h3 ul liLead ERP implementation and migration projects.
/li liManage evolving maintenance tasks related to the portfolio of applications in use and/or ICT projects.




/li liProvide IT support to various business functions in defining requirements and priorities for strategic projects.
/li liCoordinate/support the drafting of functional procedures for using different IT applications to support business processes.
/li /ul h3TECHNICAL SKILLS /h3 ul liMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).
/li liVMware certification (VCP).
/li liIT security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
/li liExperience with infrastructure monitoring solutions.
/li /ul h3EDUCATION BACKGROUND /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
/li liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies.
/li liGood knowledge of English.
/li /ul h3YOUR COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
/li liSolid experience in managing backups via Veeam.
/li liKnowledge of AS400 for managing legacy systems.
/li liKnowledge of cybersecurity and data protection policy management.
/li liAdvanced knowledge of VMware for managing virtualized environments.
/li liExpertise in managing network devices such as switches and firewalls.
/li liExperience in managing 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support.
/li liAbility to work in a team and strong problem-solving skills.
/li liGood ability to manage priorities and resources.
