Position OverviewKWS Italia S.p.A.is looking for aField Production Technicianfor their sugarbeet unit activities based in theFerraraarea.
This position is full-time and unlimited.

What you can expect in this roleCoordination and supervision of field activities and the seasonal workers during the growing phases of the crops.
Implement high quality assurance measures.
Area responsibility for a dedicated production region.
Support all activities related to the sugar beet seed production.
Ensure production stability at a high marketable level (germination and purity).
Apply continuous improvement techniques.
Produce stable yield and high-quality seed production results.
Implement good production techniques and new technologies.
What you bring inResiding in the Ferrara area or willing to relocate.
Technician qualification in agriculture.
Sound agricultural know?how, preferably experience in seed production.




Fluent in Italian (mandatory), intermediate English.
High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions.
Effective communication, teamwork, problem?solving, delivering results, continuous development.
