Human Resources Business PartnerLocation: Milan, ItalyWorking pattern: 5 days per week on siteAbout the OpportunityWe're partnering with a fast-paced international organisation to appoint an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a commercially driven, sales-led business across Southern Europe.This is a highly visible, fully on-site business partnering role where you'll work directly with senior commercial leaders, helping them build high-performing teams, navigate organisational change and drive business growth.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across the full employee lifecycle.Success in this role requires someone who understands the pace, pressure and commercial demands of a sales organisation and can confidently influence leaders across multiple countries.The RolePartnering with Sales and Commercial leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal.Key responsibilities include:Partner with senior commercial leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to ambitious business growth plans.Coach managers on performance management, leadership capability, employee relations and talent development.Support organisational design, restructuring and change programmes across the Southern Europe region.Drive workforce planning, succession planning and talent reviews within commercial teams.Work closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and organisational growth.Analyse people data and business trends to provide commercially focused HR insights.Champion employee engagement, culture and leadership initiatives.Ensure compliance with local employment legislation across Spain,
Italy and Portugal while maintaining alignment with global HR policies.Collaborate with Centres of Excellence including Reward, Talent, Learning & Development and HR Operations.Maintain a strong, visible presence within the Valencia office, working on site five days per week.About YouWe're looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner who enjoys working at pace and influencing senior stakeholders within a performance-driven environment.You'll ideally bring:Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a sales-led or customer-facing organisation.Proven experience partnering with Commercial, Sales or Revenue leaders, with a strong understanding of how people strategies enable business performance.Experience providing HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal is essential.Strong working knowledge of Spanish employment law, with exposure to Italian and Portuguese employment practices highly desirable.Experience supporting organisational growth, transformation and change.Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.Strong analytical capability, using people data to drive business decisions.Fluent English is essential, with Spanish required.
