Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As a Project Engineer within Jacobs, you’ll support engineering leadership in coordinating design activities for industrial projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met. You will facilitate information flow among Jacobs, clients, and vendors, and help manage design documentation and deliverables. The role involves cross-discipline coordination, P&ID; management, and potential field support, with opportunities to travel and contribute to DHSE and GMP reviews. This is a hybrid position that blends office collaboration with on-site or CQV support to drive project success.

- Assist Engineering/Project Managers in technical project management to meet cost, schedule, performance, and DHSE goals
- Coordinate technical activities and ensure timely information flow among stakeholders and vendors
- Maintain the live Project Deliverables List and monitor design progress across disciplines
- Oversee and harmonize design documents (Equipment List, P&ID;, GMP Layout, etc.) for consistency
- Support key project meetings (Design Reviews, 3D Model Reviews, HAZOP, GMP Reviews)



and manage P&IDs;
- Assist in change management activities (change notices, TCR log) and procurement coordination
- Provide on-site or CQV support when required and aid construction management
- Interface with Quality, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager to implement corrective actions
- Coordinate discipline activities to meet procurement/contracting targets and ensure documentation readiness
- Report to the Manager of Design Coordination Discipline and, when assigned, the Project Manager
- Degree in Engineering
- Min 5 years in industrial project design
- Experience in pharma, data centers, buildings, or logistics is a plus
- Knowledge of technical/ commercial obligations and RFQ documentation
- Technical bid analysis and support to procurement
- Coordination skills and ability to motivate teams
- Problem solving, schedule/cost accountability
- Knowledge of local and international technical codes
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Willingness to travel frequently (short/long term)
- Strong communication and safety awareness
