To support our continued global growth, we are looking for a results‑driven Manager Corporate Quality Management System (QMS) to join our Global Quality team and play a key role in the evolution, implementation and continuous improvement of our Corporate QMS. Responsibilities Contribute to enterprise QMS strategy and governance, ensuring alignment across Business Units. Drive the implementation and effectiveness of corporate QMS processes within the assigned scope. Support governance mechanisms, including escalation management, KPI reporting and Management Review inputs. Lead the harmonization and lifecycle management of core QMS processes, procedures, templates and documentation. Monitor compliance with corporate standards and support corrective action plans where required. Promote quality culture initiatives and support training and competency frameworks related to QMS processes. Act as corporate process owner / point of contact for assigned QMS processes, influencing stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in Quality Systems within regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, medical devices, diagnostics or similar. Strong knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, including ISO, c GMP, FDA CFRs, EU GMPs and data integrity principles. Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing or transforming an enterprise QMS across multiple sites or Business Units. Experience with e QMS platforms and digital quality transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem solving and risk‑based decision‑making skills. The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including geographic location, professional experience, education, and skill level.
