In this role you translate customer requirements into innovative, compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial environments.
You collaborate across Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering to support projects from design through after-sales.
Based in Poland, Italy, Spain, France or Belgium, you will travel 3–4 times monthly and help uphold safety, quality and regulatory standards.
This position offers a path to impact industrial processes at a global materials leader with a sustainability focus.
ResponsibilitiesProvide technical application support to customers and colleagues
Develop compliant insulation and refractory solutions
Interpret customer requirements and specifications
Support projects from design through to after-sales
Prepare and review technical documentation
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Respond to technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering teams
Manage multiple technical projects and priorities
Liaise with testing and certification bodies




Support product testing and validation activities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Deliver accurate and practical technical guidance
Maintain expertise in products, applications and industry standards
QualificationsExperience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications
Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements
Strong analytical skills with excellent xysqume attention to detail
Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations
Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
