With our own offices worldwide and a trusted partner network, we deliver seamless, reliable, and cost-efficient logistics services across global markets.As we continue to grow, our Genoa office plays a key role in strengthening our operational excellence and supporting our international expansion.Your RoleAs Operations Excellence Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our core systems and processes.You will act as the first point of contact for operational systems (TMS, CRM, quotation platforms), supporting users, maintaining data quality, and contributing to process optimization across the business.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, systems, and continuous improvement in an international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain core operational systems (TMS, CRM, quotation and contract platforms), including user management and data integrityProvide first-line support to operational teams, troubleshoot issues,



and coordinate resolutions with IT and system providersEnsure adherence to system workflows, SOPs, and data quality standards, identifying and addressing process gapsSupport system enhancements, testing, and rollouts, working closely with internal teams and external vendorsDevelop and maintain training materials and support onboarding and user training initiativesPerform data quality checks and support operational reporting, dashboards, and data analysisCollaborate across Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencyYour ProfileDegree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related fieldExperience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or systems support is a strong advantageFamiliarity with TMS, CRM, ERP, or similar systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStructured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindsetExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyWhy Join Atlantic Gate?
