The role plays an important part in ensuring accurate credit information, supporting cash collection activities, and maintaining healthy customer accounts while complying with company policies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior finance professional to develop expertise in credit management within an international environment.
Working closely with the Credit Collection Coordinator, Sales, Customer Service and Finance, the successful candidate will support credit monitoring, reporting and collection activities while contributing to the continuous improvement of the Order-to-Cash process.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliSupport the monitoring of customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
/liliPrepare and maintain customer aging reports and collection dashboards.
/liliAnalyze customer payment behavior and identify overdue accounts requiring follow-up.
/liliAssist the Credit Collection Coordinator in collection activities and customer communications.
/liliSupport the reconciliation of customer accounts and the allocation of incoming payments.
/liliCollaborate with Sales and Customer Service to investigate payment discrepancies and customer disputes.
/liliMonitor customer credit limits and report potential credit risks.




/liliMaintain accurate customer master data and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.
/liliSupport month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
/liliPrepare reports and analyses to support credit management decisions.
/liliContribute to the continuous improvement of credit control processes and internal procedures.
/liliEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

/lili1–3 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Finance is preferred.
/liliBasic understanding of accounting principles and Order-to-Cash processes.
/liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
/liliGood command of English, both written and spoken.
