The primary goal is therefore the expansion and increased use of photovoltaics and wind power. /p pbStrengthen our team in the department /b bRenewable Energies. /b Get involved! /p pThis can only be done with you: /p ul liSupport the Head of Development in the valuation, onboarding and development of wind and photovoltaic systems up to handover to operations and asset management, including management of time budgets and quality. /li liCoordinate and lead local developers and cooperation partners, manage external stakeholders (DSO/TSO, local authorities and communities) and oversee authorities portals related to development projects (e.g., e-distribuzione, MY TERNA, Gaud, GSE). /li liEnsure a structured and transparent project process by creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and continuously controlling progress and milestones to achieve RTB status across grid, land and permitting aspects. /li liPerform pre‑feasibility assessments, support due diligence processes for development projects, and advise the construction team on permitting matters arising during execution. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams (legal, engineering, finance) and conduct research and analysis on market trends, regulatory requirements and technical innovations in solar and wind energy.



/li /ul h3What you bring to the table /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in the field of renewable energies (e.g., electrical, environmental engineering, energy economics) and an understanding of project development process for utility scale solar PV and Wind in Italy, experience in wind preferred. /li liAt least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the development and implementation of projects in the field of renewable energies. /li liExperience in working in interdisciplinary and international teams and project management. /li liExperience handling the Microsoft Office suite and mapping software. /li liFluent in English; German is a plus. /li /ul pYour ability to work in a team, excellent communication and management skills, perseverance, initiative, and a 360 degree view of project development complete your profile. /p pWith us you will receive: /p ul liThe opportunity to actively participate in the energy transition through your actions. /li liA structured induction phase and benefits. /li liTraining opportunities and annual employee appraisals. /li liA gross yearly base salary ranging from b€ 40.000 EUR to € 50.000 EUR /b, plus a performance‑related premio of b€ 4.000 - 5.000 EUR /b bper year /b (at 100% target achievement), payable as a one‑time annual payment. /li liThe final salary target will be determined depending on objective criteria, such as professional experience, qualifications and technical competencies.
