/liliInterface with key clients and strategic partners to enable introductions /liliLead and develop cross-functional quotation teams /liliFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement /liliInfluence strategic decision-making at the organizational level /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliAdvanced degree plus 3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in business management or project management /lili5–10 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry /liliProject Management Professional (PMP) certification desired /liliKnowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making /liliDemonstrated leadership abilities in matrix organizations /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a responsive environment /liliFluency in English; additional languages beneficial /liliExperience with regulatory requirements and quality management systems /liliWillingness to travel as needed /liliExpertise in relevant technical domain based on role focus /liliStrong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities /liliExperience with continuous improvement and process optimization /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
