Our Genoa office is home to a small, ambitious, and fast-growing team with a clear goal: to become a leading player in the industry.To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to join our team.Your ImpactIn this role, you will take ownership of our sea freight operations, lead a small team while actively contributing to daily business.
You will play a key role in shaping processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellent service delivery.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight departmentWork closely with your team and actively handle import/export shipmentsChallenge and improve current ways of working to enhance efficiencyEnsure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS)



and external regulationsMonitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining competitive service levelsBuild and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and service providersEnsure high service quality and customer satisfactionIdentify and resolve operational challenges proactivelyWhat You BringDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldMinimum 3+ year experience in freight forwarding (sea freight required)Hands-on mindset with the ability to lead by exampleStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to support operations when neededAdditional certifications (FIATA, customs, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plusWhy Join Us?
